Yorkshire pudding is a dish that originated in Yorkshire, England. It is made from batter and most often served with roast beef, chicken, or any meal in which there is gravy. It was served at the Welcoming Feast of 1991, 1994 and possibly the years in between and through 1996.[1] Yorkshire pudding was sometimes served during regular meals at Hogwarts as well. In March 1995, following a Care of Magical Creatures lesson on nifflers, Harry Potter, Ronald Weasley and Hermione Granger had roast beef and Yorkshire pudding as part of their lunch.[2]
