These dress robes were worn by Xenophilius Lovegood to the wedding of William Weasley and Fleur Delacour, along with the symbol of the Deathly Hallows. He explained that wearing sun colours to a wedding was believed to be good luck; his daughter, Luna, wore the same colours to the wedding.[1]
