Wyoming was a state in the mountain region of the western United States.[1]

Yellowstone, a national park, was located primarily within Wyoming.[1] In 1926, the The New York Ghost reported that Seraphina Picquery, the President of MACUSA, had told the wizarding public that a recent series of "disturbances" at Yellowstone were not the result of magic.[2]

In another 1926 story, the Ghost reported that counterfeit Dragots had been detected "statewide," and traced as far as Buford, Wyoming.[3]
