The Wizengamot Charter of Rights are a list of rights of the accused, the interrogator and the Wizengamot as a whole. One of such rights is that "the accused has the right to present witnesses for his or her case". This particular portion of the charter was written by Albus Dumbledore during his tenure on the Wizengamot.[1]
