There are many methods of transportation for witches and wizards. They include:
- Apparition: teleportation (carries risk of splinching).
- Floo Network: fireplace travel.
- Vanishing Cabinet: transporting from one cabinet to the other.[1]
- Portkey: touching an item and coming to a specific set place.
- Flying, including: broomsticks, Thestrals, flying carpets, flying motorcycles, and flying cars.
- Ground travel, including: the Hogwarts Express, the Knight Bus, and Ministry cars.
- Toilet network: used in the Ministry of Magic[2].
