"Honest" Willy Wagstaff was a street vendor who worked in Diagon Alley. The Department of Magical Equipment Control issued a warning about him in the Daily Prophet, alleging that he sold defective merchandise, including loose-bottomed cauldrons and wands that had to be recalled after several people were burned by them.
