Wigtown is a city in Scotland. As it is, apparently, the hometown of the Wigtown Wanderers Quidditch team, it is safe to say that this city is affiliated with the wizarding world. It also the hometown of butcher Walter Parkin, whose four sons and three daughters makes up the Wigtown Wanderers Quidditch team.
