*Bellatrix Lestrange
Bellatrix used this wand after she discovered that one of the Snatchers had Godric Gryffindor's sword with him, which she believed (on Voldemort's orders) was hidden safely in her vault at Gringotts Wizarding Bank. In her rage and panic, she cast this spell knocked the Snatcher with the sword off his feet and caught the sword as it flung into the air, and then turned another Snatcher with the whip, strangling him. She then turned on Scabior, wrapped the whip around his neck and then twisted it, causing him to flip over on the floor. She then dragged him with the whip and then snapped it back at him. She then shouted at then to leave, and despite wanting a reward for turning in Harry Potter they were sufficiently frightened at Bellatrix's display of power and rage to flee the manor.

Due to the presumed complexity of this spell and the fact that Bellatrix was able to incapacitate a group of Snatchers who outnumbered her all on her own, this spell further demonstrates Bellatrix's magical mastery of the Dark Arts and her ability to fluently use spells to cause pain to fellow human beings. Given the dark nature of this spell, the fact that the wand literally elongates into a whip, and a snake hissing as the spell wraps around a Snatcher's neck like a snake, it is possible that Lord Voldemort himself invented this spell himself.

*This may be a variation of Carpe Retractum.
*The spell was only used in the first film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

*Due to fact that Bellatrix used this only a little bit prior to other events in the skirmish, it may be that Bellatrix's attack on the Snatchers is part of the Skirmish at Malfoy Manor.

*It may be a variation of Incarcerous, but it is a different spell because the whip-like tendril is an extended part of the wand and not ropes that are launched from the wand and land on a target.
