Where There's a Wand, There's a Way is a book concerning common ways to solve problems using magic. Harry Potter fell asleep on a copy of this book on the night before the second task of the Triwizard Tournament, while looking for ways to breathe underwater. Like the other books that he consulted, he was unable to find any information in it that could help him with the task.[1]
