Eye of rabbit, harp string hum, turn this water into rum
Water to rum (Eye of rabbit, harp string hum, turn this water into rum) is a spell that could allegedly turn water into rum. Seamus Finnigan tried to cast it in 1991, and, in his first attempt, he managed to make a "weak tea," before causing an explosion. The next day, he tried again several times, but only caused another explosion, creating smoke and blackening his face.
