Nurse Wainscott was a witch who worked as a nurse at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry under Poppy Pomfrey during the 1990s. She attended to the fighters' injuries in the Great Hall during the Battle of Hogwarts.^[3]

Early life

Little is known of Nurse Wainscott's early life; however, she was born into the Wainscott family, presumably in Great Britain, sometime before 1974^[1].

School and later career

She somehow learned magic, presumably at Hogwarts, though it is unknown exactly where or when. After having done so, she began her profession as a nurse at Hogwarts, working under Madame Poppy Pomfrey

Battle of Hogwarts

In 1998, Wainscott attended the Battle of Hogwarts, attending to the various injuries of the fighters; it is possible that she fought as well, though this is unlikely.
