Vratsa is a city in northwestern Bulgaria, at the foothills of the Balkan Mountains. As of February 2011, the town has a population of 60,482 inhabitants.[1]
Because it is the hometown of the Vratsa Vultures Quidditch team, it is safe to say that Vratsa is associated with the Wizarding world.
