Verdimillious is a hex that is used to attack. It manifests itself by the form of a green jet of light or a green lightning bolt. In the PS1 version of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, the hex is learned in Professor Quirinus Quirrell's Defence Against the Dark Arts Class, and unveils platforms hidden by the Dark Arts. In the video game versions of Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban the spell is used in duels and combats.
