Vegetarian cookery is the art of cooking food without using any meat. This was one of Kennilworthy Whisp's hobbies.
There are no known vegetarians at Hogwarts, although it is possible that there are some. a lot of meat is served by the house elves, who work in the kitchen, and lots of meals are entirely meat (eg, stews, sheperd pie, etc) so there are probably either none or very few. Dead animals such as spiders are needed for potions calss, so no-one can be too strict a vegetarian not to use a daed animal for anrthing.
