Vauxhall Road is a street in London, England. Tom Riddle bought the diary he would eventually make into a Horcrux at a newsagent's on this street. The address of this business, which was printed on the back of the diary, lead Harry Potter to conclude that the Tom was Muggle-born (he later learned that Tom was in fact half-blood).
