When adding categories to an article, please make sure the categories are relevant to the subject matter of that article. For example, Reductor Curse would fall under Category:Curses as it is referred to as such, not Category:Charms or Category:Transfiguration Spells. Likewise, the Slug-Vomiting Charm would fall under both Category:Charms and Category:Curses, as it is identified as a Charm, but also mentioned that "Ron Weasley cursed himself".
Also, some categories are what is known as sub-categories, which fall under a larger category. For example, Category:Charms, Category:Transfiguration Spells, and Category:Curses are all sub-categories of Category:Spells, so it is not necessary to add Spells to the page's categories if it already has one of the others. Category:Conjurations is also a subcategory of Category:Transfiguration Spells. - Nick O'Demus 10:04, November 6, 2010 (UTC)
