House points game
Nick, when is the next house-points term going to begin. I'm really eager to start.
Some unregistred editors 220.127.116.11 and 18.104.22.168 are creating family articles with only one known family member (Quirell family -which is misspelled- and Max family. You deleted Quirrell family. Do they really deserve their own article? Thanks, The Evening Prophet (Owl Post) 09:40, September 7, 2010 (UTC)
i do have multiple accounts but my first one i forgot m password to so i cannot and will not use it anymore but is there a way to delete it without deleting my newest account or connecting the twoJdKlokochar 17:58, September 11, 2010 (UTC)
I've tagged this template for deletion, again. Not because I think it is a policy violation, but because it is unnecessary. If the user in question wants this box, then all they have to do is copy the raw code onto their page. Having a wiki template dedicated to purporting a view point that's completely false is unnaceptable, however. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 22.214.171.124 (talk • contribs).
Hey, so I've been mulling over some page ideas, but I'm not 100% sold that they are necessary or what to title them if they are. In Goblet of Fire there is a wizard who makes claims of being a dragon killer to impress a group of veela's, but then another wizard steps in and says that this wizard is actually a "dishwasher for the Leaky Cauldron" and that he is in fact a vampire hunter. The guy claiming to be a vampire hunter has a BTS blurp about him under the Vampire article, but the dragon killer/dishwasher has no mention, nor could I find mention of the job of dishwasher at the leaky cauldron. Any suggestions? --BachLynn(Accio!) 19:07, October 7, 2010 (UTC)

Sorry, I don't mean to rush you, but with the Deathly Halows: Part 1 premiere in a a month, we need an a couple FANs to become featured articles for that time, so can you help, with yor Unspeakable position? Seth Cooper and I have agreed it would be best if Elder Wand was featured on the premiere weekend, but it is your decision. Also, the FA and Featured picture need to be updated. Thanks.--L.V.K.T.V.J.(Send an owl!) 22:22, October 10, 2010 (UTC)
Could you fix the featured articles logos so that they aren't ad a picture of the charactwers? Or should I ask a Sysop?--Station7 20:52, October 13, 2010 (UTC)
The featured article logo appeared on a character's picture.--Station7 20:57, October 13, 2010 (UTC)
Hey, I checked it out also, I looked at it with all the skins, and found that if Station7 is using the new wikia look, the feature article image does appear over the main photo/info box, but not in monobook or Monaco. --BachLynn(Accio!) 21:38, October 13, 2010 (UTC)
Hey, there's been some discussion about this article, and people who were at the advanced screening have apparently confirmed it is a spell, I was going to move the page but I'm not 100% sure what the article should be titled, Unidentified whip spell, Whip spell, Bellatrix Lestrange's whip spell, etc etc. --BachLynn(Accio!) 15:03, October 14, 2010 (UTC)
- That I would say is the largest debate, clearly in the trailer she is using a whip, the question being whether it is a real whip of her own, or a spell she produced. This is what Damien wrote: "It's from the trailer, and those who went to the advance screening of the movie have confirmed she uses this spell to take Gryffindor's Sword from the Snatchers. Damien O'Hagen 14:51, October 14, 2010 (UTC)". --BachLynn(Accio!) 15:15, October 14, 2010 (UTC)
Hi, Nick! Thank you for the explanation. I think I now know how it functions whenever I want to use it. Thanks again!!! Harry granger 19:03, October 15, 2010 (UTC)
Thanks. I saw on another wiki how most of them had it so i made mine the same. I'll change it asap. Slyhades99 23:30, October 15, 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks again. I changed it as soon as I finished reading the message.
Sorry for the late reply, Nick; for the video blog forum, I'd say add it to the relevant policy. Its been an informal one for a while now, so codifying it will be fine. I support it personally, although I have failed to say so on the forum. As for the inactive admin one ... I'll hold it open a little longer as I've added a small caveat about administrators gracefully resigned instead of being forcibly de-opped. - Cavalier One(Wizarding Wireless Network) 12:42, October 19, 2010 (UTC)

Ohhh, I see. Thank you for pointing that fact out to me. I appreciate it. =)

In response to your adding of that onto the Behind the Scenes, I'm very happy to hear you gave me that courtesy. Thank you once again. =) lol
Why do you see my edits as "propaganda campaign" and "gaming the system"? Is it forbidden to express fondness of a non-canonic character? Are userboxes only for canonic ones? --Fo01 07:21, October 24, 2010 (UTC)
- Look, you can use all the skirty rhetoric you want to claim that your fixation with Dumbledore's sexuality and his "ex-girlfriend" are objective and innocent, but in the context of reality, and specifically your history, it would be beyond ridiculous to expect anyone to believe such a thing. You're free to think what you please, of course, but it's insulting to everyone else's intelligence when you blithely deny that your actions are loaded, when they so obviously are. You've stopped just short of being overtly offensive, and you know it, so why bother pretending you don't understand what people are telling you? --Emmy (★) 08:12, October 24, 2010 (UTC)
