Hi Hellabore, I'm still kinda new to this wiki but as you can tell I've already cleaned a lot of redirects up. I need your opinion on whether it's helpful or not!! Thanks!! And if you can think of anything else I can help to improve please don't hesitate to leave a quick message on my talk page!! Thanks again! -- GrouchMan (Send an owl then scram!)
Ooops. Sorry, I searched an article related to it before I created an article...maybe I missed that one. Again, sorry. --Artfrantic(The Tales of Beedle the Bard) 08:36, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
Can I be in this position? I can do a good job. I support your Project Wizard Tales. I love your ideas! Well, thanks. --Artfrantic(Send me an Owl) 23 May 2009
Well, I would like to work on the articles of Ginny, Hermione, and Harry? Is that okay? --Artfrantic(Send me an Owl)
I can help you to take care on some articles under your Project Wizard Tales because i already having that rollback privilege. ----ÈnŔîčö (Send me an Owl) 03:29, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
No, i don't want to become a Project Leader. Being a leader to this Project is a big responsibility and i can't make any promises. Just a caretaker is enough to me. Cheers! :) ----ÈnŔîčö (Send me an Owl) 03:46, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
I don't mind being a leader/badger on the project. I have been a farily good project member (I've got the Hardworking badge), I'm able of creating badges and I'm a Rollback. (I'm off to bed. If you want to talk to me I'll respond tomorrow. Bye!) -- Seth CooperOwl Post 03:37, 10 April 2009 (UTC)
There really isn't a rush to promote featured articles; we're all the way into 2010. As for the quotes, we are sort of behind on that. If you ever think of any quotes you think should be featured, please nominate them. It would be a big help.--Matoro183(Talk) 20:28, 11 April 2009 (UTC)
I removed the protected templates from your user page...not quite sure why they were there, your user page isn't protected and never has been.--Matoro183(Talk) 00:15, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
Your user page is now semi-protected. New and unregistered users will be unable to edit it. I didn't want to full-protect it because then you would not be able to edit it either.--Matoro183(Talk) 00:23, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
I noticed that you used "Gina" in a name of a pic you uploaded. Just wondering... Are you from Brazil? -- Seth Cooper(Owl Post) 02:54, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
Ah. xD I'm from Portugal myself. I was curious because if you were from Brazil we would both speak portuguese. -- Seth Cooper(Owl Post) 03:29, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
The end of the sentence is kind of weird but it's easy enough to undersatnd. =) -- Seth Cooper(Owl Post) 03:55, 13 April 2009 (UTC)
Reference or Appearances info. on your articlesEdit
Please don't forget to reference or input appearances info. (like what you did in Daisy) if you will create another articles in the future. You just forget that on articles Lovage, Henbane, Ginger, Dandelion and Grugwyn Rufford... Just a friendly reminder. Have a great day! ----ÈnŔîčö (Send me an Owl) 04:16, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
I'm just curious and want to ask you, why you always use the word "againist". For example in National Welsh Gobstones Team article. I first saw this word used in nominating articles to become Featured, but in my all knowledge based on the American English Literature, The word was never used, but i'm not sure about the English (U.K.) literature. Is the word use there in the U.K.? because if it's not. I would suggest that you may stop using that but instead use the appropriate word "against" because we are here in a Online (Wiki) English Encyclopedia. Just another friendly reminder. Have a nice day! ----ÈnŔîčö (Send me an Owl) 04:39, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
I, myself and a unregistered user with the i.p. address: 76.71.130.6 already updated the Release Date, from July 17 to July 15, 2009. The U.K. were still not concluded because there's no confirmation from Warner Bros., Only in the U.S. has been confirmed. ----ÈnŔîčö (Send me an Owl) 05:59, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
Both Gryffindor spots are open, and you've shown yourself to be an excellent contributor, so it would be great to have you as our first Gryffindor Prefect! But, technically, I'm not the one who decides who gets to be a Prefect. Any active user who's received the Prefect award can become a Prefect if they're willing and there's a spot open. Just thought I'd clear that up. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 07:07, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
I added you to the list. You can add this userbox to your userpage if you want: {{User Gryffindor Prefect}} . ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 07:16, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
I've been meaning to join the Wizard Tales project, and to thank you for all the great work you've done lately on Beedle-related articles. :) ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 09:12, 16 April 2009 (UTC)

I've sought input from the community regarding my house points draft here. Since no concerns have been brought forward in the past couple of days, I'll go live with the game once I've tied up a few more loose ends. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 06:11, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
Hello Hellabore!, may i know where did you get the information of the Numbers of Harry Potter Wiki Members?, the info. that you typed in your front page. Thanks! --ÈnŔîčö (Send me an Owl!) 07:09, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
I realize I've already informed you about the House Points Game being active, but this is just a template message I'm giving to all Prefects, excepting myself:
This is just a message to let you know that the House Points Game is now up and running at Harry Potter Wiki:House points. As a Prefect, you can begin giving points, as well as encouraging your House and helping to direct its collaborative work at Gryffindor Tower. If you see someone with a Gryffindor userbox on their userpage who hasn't joined the game yet, feel free to drop them a note. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 08:41, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
I've awarded 20 points to Gryffindor for all your hard work on Project Wizard Tales. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 09:38, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
Yes, unlike in the books, our Prefects can award points to other Prefects. There wouldn't be many people to give points to right now if this was not allowed. :) I'll mention this in the rules, so that it's clearer. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 10:16, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
Matoro183 is the one who made the hourglass. If you want to create a custom hourglass for Gryffindor, he may be more able to help out. For now, if you want to add the complete hourglass to your Common Room, you can use the code {{Harry Potter Wiki:House points/Hourglass}}. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 10:38, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
A Prefects' forum sounds like a good idea. We can use Harry Potter Wiki talk:House points for now. Also, since there's currently no Hufflepuffs besides Cubs Fan2007, I've suggested to Cubs Fan that he consider becoming the second Gryffindor Prefect if no other Hufflepuffs sign up soon (Cubs Fan expressed interest in representing Gryffindor when the idea for the House Points Game was first proposed). I'm telling you this to give you advance notice that you might be working with another Prefect, depending on what Cubs Fan decides. But, personally, I hope that more Hufflepuffs join, because the House Points Game won't seem complete without all four Houses represented. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 11:06, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
Hey, I would love to join the Gryffindor team for the House Points system. Do I just need to copy the coding for the Gryffindor badge onto my user page? Thanks, Margiechocoholic 11:53, 19 April 2009 (UTC)
I just thought I would inform you that I plan to expand the article on the character Death from the Tale of the Three Brothers. I've been meaning to pull my weight as part of Project Wizard Tales, but I've been busy with setting up the House Points Game, as well as real-life stuff. Cheers. :) ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 08:02, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for the points, but to set the record straight, I wasn't the one who created the article on Tobias Snape. I did clean up and expand the article some months ago. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 09:06, 21 April 2009 (UTC)
I've awarded 15 points to Gryffindor for your categorization of over 150 images in the past few days. :) ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 00:14, 24 April 2009 (UTC)
Hey Hellabore, I was wondering if you could please help me with my signature. I've changed it using HTML etc. but it doesn't seem to fit in the box in "Preferences". I checked, and yours is actually longer than mine, so do you know if I can add it in there, or if there's some other way for me to be able to type it quickly using the 4 tildes? Thanks, and I'll copy my signature here: MARGIECHOCOHOLIC(Owl me!)
Uploading GIF is not difficult. It is simple as uploading .JPG files or any other image's format. Unless you are asking on how i created those GIF? I made those images through the help of the software: Adobe Image Ready.
First step, i captured images from the HP movie disc using Cyberlink Power DVD (images one by one; by every movements like drawing a cartoon). Save them to a Folder in your PC, then Open the "Adobe Image Ready" software (you need to install Adobe Photoshop [any version\i preferred ver.5.5], and there's a feature on creating a GIF. --ÈnŔîčö (Send me an Owl!) 09:50, 2 May 2009 (UTC)

Keep me posted and best wishes,Timbira. --Timbira 04:11, 4 May 2009 (UTC)
Sorry! I thought you were two different people! I need to read userpages more carefully from now. Maybe you should move the note on your Madam Hooch userpage to the very top, above the infoboxes, so that this mix-up doesn't occur again. From now on, if you want to add points, can you do it from your Hellabore account, as that one is the Prefect? ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 06:56, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
I've also moved your Madam Hooch username on the Participants list and added a note. Technically, you can only play as one person, so all the points earned by Madam Hooch should be given to Hellabore, your main account. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 07:03, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
It is currently the policy of the game that you can only be a member of one House at a time. As all the accounts a user controls are treated as the same person, and your main account, Hellabore, is in Gryffindor, any alternate accounts you use will have to be in Gryffindor too. The only way your HelgaHufflepuff account could become a Hufflepuff Prefect would be if your Hellabore and Madam Hooch accounts both left Gryffindor and joined Hufflepuff instead.
I'll admit that I considered allowing people to join up to two Houses as a way to get Hufflepuff into the game. Points would be split evenly: if someone joined Hufflepuff and Slytherin, then earned 5 points, 2.5 points would be given to both of their Houses. But I figured that all the decimal points would make calculating points totals too difficult.
I've been thinking of allowing Hufflepuff to enter the game without a Prefect. Sure, it would be nice to have a Prefect to lead the Hufflepuff team, but playing without a captain would be better than sitting out this round of the game, I suppose.
Of course, while your HelgaHufflepuff account can't become a Hufflepuff Prefect (at least not while your Hellabore account is a Gryffindor Prefect), it could still act as a kind of a team leader. We could have "founders" or "House ghosts," who could offer advice and organize collaborative tasks on the common room pages, but not give/take points. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 08:11, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
You can't be counted as an official member of Hufflepuff because you already belong to Gryffindor. However, I'm going to disregard the four-people requirement I set, and allow Hufflepuff to enter the game with three members (IluvSBGORWRG8056, U-No-Poo, and xBloodxLustx). ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 12:14, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
I've added a new provision to the House Points Game policy, which states that, in the event a House has no active Prefect, a Prefect from another House may step in as an honorary team member known as a Mentor. Mentors act as the leader of their honorary House, but they cannot earn points for it, since a person can only be an official member of one House at a time. I've made your HelgaHufflepuff account a Mentor for Hufflepuff. If Hufflepuff gets its own Prefect, though, then you will no longer be the Mentor of that House. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 14:20, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
This is a message to let Prefects know that the House Points Game policy page has been updated to include guidelines for how many points to give for article creation. Please consult this when giving points in the future. Thanks! ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 11:26, 13 May 2009 (UTC)
You don't have quite as much experience as the other three users. You haven't even been here two months yet, while they've been here nearly two years. --Matoro183(Talk) 10:34, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
My point is that there is alot you still need to learn. Do you know policy backwards and forwards? Can you properly implement it? I have noticed several times when you have gone against policy. Do you know how to warn users? These are things you need to know.--Matoro183(Talk) 10:53, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
I can't really stop from nominating yourself to be an admin--Matoro183(Talk) 11:31, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
You may be added to the list -- it is an open election. -- DarkJedi613(Talk) 15:36, 14 May 2009 (UTC)
Hi Hellabore how you doing? It says in the Gryffindor tower(house points game) that in order to take points we must do some things that are listed. One of these things is to create an article. Yesterday I created at least 3 articles if I remember well. So my question is what else have i got to do to earn points for Gryffndor?? 96ken(Talk) 06:25, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
Could you explain it a little more in-depth? Right now it sounds like you just want to duplicate the house competition.--Matoro183(Talk) 10:59, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
Sounds good, though I think that instead of just keeping the winning re-write, we keep them all. By the way, do you want me to make Project Fred Wesley an official wiki project?--Matoro183(Talk) 11:08, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
I'll be a ref, but I think a prefect should house the draft.--Matoro183(Talk) 11:20, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
Actual, now that I think about it, it should be on a page in the Harry Potter Wiki namespace, such as "Harry Potter Wiki:House Points/Quidditch".--Matoro183(Talk) 11:27, 16 May 2009 (UTC)
Just to let you know, you're allowed to vote.--Matoro183(Talk) 19:58, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
Its fine to ask users to vote in stuff on HPW:RFP but do not campaign, i.e. do not ask them to vote for you in particular. -- DarkJedi613(Talk) 14:16, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
It seems good to me. I would like the idea of having a board of referees instead of a single user, though. -- Seth Cooper(Owl Post) 00:17, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
The new administrators will be picked long before the decision on which draft should win. I think it would be better if all the administrators decided, or all of the prefects, something like that. I'm not a particularly good reviewer :).--Matoro183(Talk) 01:12, 19 May 2009 (UTC)
That's a fantastic idea. I'd be glad to help. Give me a shout when your ready to get started. Jayce CarverTalk 07:14, 19 May 2009 (UTC)

You cannot just add policy to the wiki. It has to be approved by the members, in addition no one should EVER add a policy tag to a page unless it has been approved. -- DarkJedi613(Talk) 13:54, 20 May 2009 (UTC)

Yeah , maybe , okay ! I have one more question ! I got into a link which gave me a list of red highlighted topics. I created that kettleburn page . I want to create as many pages from the red listed topics , but I am unable to find the link . Please help !
I'm still a bit confused about the Quidditch Cup. Will the points earned in the Quidditch competition count strictly toward winning the Quidditch Cup, or will they also be added toward the House Points total, and thus count toward winning the House Cup too? If you intend for the Quidditch Cup to be completely separate from the House Points Game, then perhaps we should use different terminology, like "goals" instead of "points," and a "scoreboard" instead of an "hourglass."
As for editor roles, I think we should follow the books, and have four team captains (one per House) and a single referee. The team captains would serve the same role as Prefects, organizing work and encouraging their teams, while the referee would oversee everything, assigning points/goals and determining which team wins. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 21:41, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
From a strictly linguistic standpoint, having a panel of "referees" wouldn't make sense, as a game typically only has one referee. I think we should have a panel consisting of four House team captains and one referee who could cast the fifth, tie-breaking vote. The House team captains could be selected from people who are already serving as Prefects. As for Hufflepuff, you could be Hufflepuff Captain, under you HelgaHufflepuff acount, and Cubs Fan could be Gryffindor captain. Just a suggestion. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 22:07, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
Also, if I was a referee, could I be one of the players on the Slytherin team (e.g., Keeper or Seeker) at the same time? ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 22:09, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
That could make the refs partial to their team, which could lead to an unfair decision.--Matoro183(Talk) 22:27, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
Done. Your question is to name three human speakers of Gobbledegook (and I know who can). ToonGanondorf(tc) 11:26, 22 May 2009 (UTC)

Hey, Hellabore. Matoro brought up a concern with the referee system I proposed. I've tried to address this concern, and you can read my post on Matoro's talk page here. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 14:57, 22 May 2009 (UTC)
The reason it violates policy is because they are not "useful" messages, as the policy states. Thus, dares also violate policy. "Daring" someone to edit an article is pointless. If you think an article needs to be expanded, just expand it, or ask someone else to expand it. "Daring" them is unnecessary.--Matoro183(Talk) 23:43, 23 May 2009 (UTC)
May I ask who gave me the 20 points for editing stubs? It says Starstuff on the Log but you wrote it on my talk page. (Just Curious) ShirleyA(The Quibbler) 23:13, 23 May 2009 (UTC)

Hey thanks for the badge inn regards to the Beedle the Bard articles up for FA nomination. I have voted for both of them, but I think the DH article is especially deserving. Just a question though, do you think we should give the Death (The Tale of the Three Brothers) page a character infobox? It might make it more FA-worthy, the only problem is Death probably isn't literally meant to be a real character, if so, would it be a wizard? witch? muggle? Please let me know what you think. --MargiechocoholicOwl me! 02:32, 24 May 2009 (UTC)
Thanks for the badge and flattery :) Don't you want to be leader anymore? I'm happy to be a co-leader with you, but I'm not sure I'm good enough to be the sole leader, I don't know how to make badges or templates. --MargiechocoholicOwl me! 10:14, 24 May 2009 (UTC)

That would be an imense help, if you don't mind of course? I'm currently finding it difficult to balance this site with other things in my life, mainly my exams. Hey Hellabore, just wanted to say thanks for coming up with the draft for Project Snakeface, it looks great! One of the main things I'd like to adress with this project is the visual layout of the article. At present I think it's way too cramped with images, some of them are in innapropriate sections, such as the adult voldemort in the early life section and so on. Maybe you and I could work on this in a sandbox at somepoint? At any rate thanks for all your help. Jayce CarverTalk 09:45, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
Here we go, I've fixed us a sandbox at User:Jayce Carver/Project Snakeface. Another idea I had for the improvement of the article was to add a "In popular culture" section like Wookieepedia's Darth Vader article has. Finally, I was wondering if you know how many sections a users talk-page has to have before it needs to be archived? Jayce CarverTalk 13:15, 30 May 2009 (UTC)
I'm resigned to the inevitable. Certain users are trying to start another vote on Tom Riddle's talk-page so no doubt it will be changed again before to long. Jayce CarverTalk 07:28, 1 June 2009 (UTC)
Please sign your edits with four tildes (~~~~), not three tildes, this adds the date as well as your signature. This information is imperative to have in any sort of "voting" situation. -- DarkJedi613(Talk) 04:35, 7 June 2009 (UTC)
Hi Hellabore,
I've just started working on the Possession section on the Fred Weasley article. Would you like to work on it with me? Thanks a lot. It looks great. I've done a few little edits on the Wand section, because it seemed to have been copied nearly straight from the Fred and George Weasley's wands page. I've also shrunk the images a little, so that the image is beside the corresponding article. I'll get a few more users to help, see if we can expand it at all, and then it will be good to go! Thanks! Quidditch Lover(My talk)(contribs) 04:26, 8 June 2009 (UTC)
Although The Hopping Pot does seem to have some of level of awareness, it is still an object, so I'm not sure it could be considered as having "relationships" in the strictest sense of the term. I think The Hopping Pot's interaction with the characters in the tale is already covered well by the "History" section. ★ Starstuff(Owl me!) 13:56, 11 June 2009 (UTC)
