Interwiki links

When linking to articles within this wiki there is no need to put the entire web address, just the name of the article. To make a link type two left square brackets ([[), the name of the article and then two right square brackets (]]). If the link text is different from the article's name separate the name from the link text with a vertical pipe (|).

For instance to link to Harry Potter you type: [[Harry Potter]] which gives you: Harry Potter. Say you want to link to Harry Potter but have the text say "The Boy Who Lived" you type: [[Harry Potter|The Boy Who Lived]]. That gives you: The Boy Who Lived.

The way you're making links, putting the entire address, separating the link text with a space, within single square brackets is how you link to external sites. For instance, to link to Google with the text as Google you type: [ Google], which gives you: Google. Notice the arrow next to the link? This indicates an external link. This is showing up next to the links you make even when they are actually interwiki links because of the format you are using to make the links. Hope this helps. -Shorty1982 00:23, October 26, 2011 (UTC)

New Harry Potter Wizard's Collection Images

Thanks for the link in relation to these images. (Marktheseeker 12:19, April 21, 2012 (UTC))

When adding userbox templates to your userpage, you only need to add the userbox name inside of double brackets, like this: {{User Brickipedia}} - Nick O'Demus 23:45, April 25, 2012 (UTC)

Adding Images

When adding images, please make sure to provide the source, licensing and category information for them, etc. Images that don't have this information are likely to be removed. Also, the image you provided is of such low resolution that it isn't really a worthwhile addition to the Hogwarts Castle article. ProfessorTofty 21:32, June 6, 2012 (UTC)
