Since there is an edit war going on regarding this article, it has been locked for editing by regular users. The template is not currently against policy, and neither is it a sign of bigotry since it is not inflammatory in any way. It merely states a user's belief that Dumbledore is not gay, a view which is held by a section of the HP fanbase. It does not insult the gay community in any way in my opinion. Furthermore, if it is bigotry to have the template, it would still be bigotry for the user to code it manually on his user page would it not? However, you would accept this as an alternative to the template, which doesn't make sense to me since the view is still presented. - Cavalier One
