Always wanted to make a video list of every time a character says a cool quote? Wish you could capture every awesome fight scene in your favorite movie? Want the exact clip that perfectly fits with the content of your article page? Now you can. We have recently signed a partnership with AnyClips, which will let us take any scene from a selected list of movie titles and turn them into licensed videos you can use on your wiki.

How does it work? Easy. Visit the Wikia Video Library and fill out our clip request form here. Select from the dropdown in the form to see a list of available movie titles and describe which scene you’d like us to clip for you. Once we create the clip, we will let you know on your talk page or message wall so you can add the video to your wiki.

The clip will live on video.wikia so that in the true spirit of collaborative effort, the video clip you’ve requested will be available for all of Wikia to use.

Let me know if you have any questions, and we look forward to see lots of amazing clips on your wiki!

Boiling Up Butter Beer

Don't fret Harry Potter fanatics, though the series has come to an end, we can still have plenty of fun and enjoyment from the series. In fact, there is a recent video that has been posted on Hungry Nation that details how one could create their own Butterbeer.

RecipeEdit

Stir together 3/4th cup brown sugar, and 2 tablespoons of water in a saucepan over medium high heat.
When it comes to low boil, place a candy thermometer in the pan and stop stirring. Keep an eye on it until it comes to 240 degrees.
In another bowl, place 5 tablespoons of softened butter, a tablespoon of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 tablespoon vanilla extract.
When the first pan reaches 240 degrees, add the other ingredients into it. Then add a quarter cup of heavy cream. Mix together and let it cool.
Pour 2 tablespoons of butter beer and top it with seltzer water. Stir.
Feel free to add in a shot of whatever is your favorite liquor, if you so prefer.

With the closing of the Harry Potter empire, fittingly Empire Magazine has decided to have a celebratory issue featuring everyone from the 8 movie phenomenon. Every actor from Daniel Radcliffe to Alan Rickman, from Robbie Coltrane to Emma Watson, is interviewed.

This July issue is expected to sell out quickly, so it is advised that you get your hands on a copy of this issue as soon as possible. The issue also includes special never before behind the scene pictures. Will you be picking up this issue?

Quoth the Raven Pottermore

While many people would argue that J.K. Rowling is no Edgar Allan Poe, there are just as many crazed Harry Potter fanatics that would argue the other way.

In a surprised manner, Rowling released the new site Pottermore.com. Fans are ranting and raving over what this could mean for the Harry Potter universe. Is this a new book, an encyclopedia, or perhaps another new video game? Maybe, it's an MMO based in the Harry Potter universe. All that we can currently see on Pottermore is two owls. My personal theory is that Pottermore is going to be an owl-racing simulator starring Harry Potter's pet owl Hedwig. (I know this isn't likely, don't ruin my dream).

The mystery will be unveiled on June 23. But until then Rowling and company have satiated our thirsts by releasing a new Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows trailer.

Emma Watson Finds Herself

Emma Watson recently celebrated her twenty-first birthday yesterday. Though wildly rich and successful, this didn't stop her from pondering her life as many of us tend to do on our birthday.

Emma Watson discussed the absence of having a childhood with the LA Times. "They found me and picked me for the part," she said. "And now I’m desperately trying to find my way through it."

With the closing of the Harry Potter series July 15th, Emma Watson is trying to figure out what to do next. Finally, she will be free from playing the role of Hermione Granger. She has mentioned that she has an interest in fashion and design, which she will pursue while still staying involved with film.

Her next film will see her starring in the film adaptation of "The Perks of Being a Wallflower." She was also interviewed and photographed by Vogue.

What kinds of roles would you like to see Emma Watson play in the future? Do you believe that she would make a good fashion designer?

4th Harry Potter Banner Ad Trickles Into the Muggle World

Hello fellow Muggles. Courtesy of Mugglenet, the 4th Harry Potter banner ad for the movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 has now matriculated into the world that we call Earth. As you can see in the 4th, Harry is casting the spell Expelliarmus and Hogwarts lays in ruins behind him.

In case you missed the other three banner ads realized last week, we will post them for you here. Banner Ad 1 features Voldemort engaging in the Avada Kedavra. Banner Ad 2 shows Harry Potter participating in a furious back and fourth battle with Voldemort. The third banner ad features Ronald Weasley, Hermione Granger, and Harry escaping from Gringotts Wizarding Bank on top of the Gringotts dragon.

What do you guys think of these banner ads? Are you a fan of them? Which one in particular do you like the most?

Deathly Hollows Part 2 Tickets on Sale

What's happening fellow Potter maniacs, Hermione heroines, and Weasley watchdogs? Is 34 days of waiting until the Part 2 premiere just too much to handle. Do you need to have your ticket to Hogwarts already? Well you are in luck as buying a ticket to the movie is available now and you don't even have to bother with getting on Platform 9¾ and taking the Hogwarts Express.

Courtesy of Mugglenet, they have alerted the world that tickets are now available to purchase on Fandango.

What are your premiere plans? Do you plan on dressing up and going to a midnight showing? I'm personally still trying to finish up the touches on my Dobby costume and hoping someone gives me a black sock so I can have the freedom to attend a midnight showing.

Deathly Hollows Part 2 Trailer

Last night at the MTV Movie Awards, Emma Watson, introduced a new 30 second clip from the upcoming Deathly Hallows Part 2 movie. The 30 second clip has a bound Hagrid being tied up by Voldemort and facing off with Harry Potter.

The movie is scheduled to open on July 15th and is the final installment in the Harry Potter series.
