Nicolas Flamel, contributed alchemist and unique creator of The Philosopher's Stone ( a substance which if liquifided, gives immortal life. The stone also turns all metals to pure, solid gold.), more commonly titled to the heading of, "The Elixir of Life". Flamel, born in 1325. A.D. futhered his studies to become one of the wizarding worlds most famous alchemist potioneer.
After his brilliant masterpiece work of the Philosopher's Stone he married Perennell and settled to a quiet life in Devon, England. With his creation of The Elixir of Life, he turned some of the stone to a drink and he shared it with his wife. By 1990, he had recently celbrated his six-hundred and sixty fifth birthday with his six-hundred and fifty eight wife.
During the famous Harry Potter's first year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, The Philosopher's Stone was sent to London in the wizarding bank of Gringotts to be more safely protected in the vault of seven-hundred and thirteen.
Later in 1991 of the 31st of July the vault was empitied by Rubeus Hagrid to be taken to Hogwarts for secure keeping. That very same day, Gringotts bank of goblins had a high level break out and an individual by the name of Quirinus Quirrell who was possessed by being attached to by Lord Voldemort, broke in to vault seven-hundred and thirteen which was now emptied, Quirrell left unnoticed, and undetected as he then theft to teach Defence Against the Dark Arts at Hogwarts.
He wore a purple turban, later reavealed to be hiding the Dark Lord's face attached to Quirrell's head. He had the unsuspected character of stutterring his pronounced words. During a Hogwarts Quiditch match, he jinxed Harry Potter who on 31st July helped defeat a mountain troll with Ronald Weaseley and Hermoine Granger, which Quirrell had sent in to alarm the school while he seeked the stone at Hogwarts.
At the end of the year, Proffesor Dumbledore left the school for The Ministry of Magic. While he was away, Quirrell sought yet again the stone, which was heavely guarded on the third floor corridor. He was followed by Harry Potter and his friends who delayed Quirrell and captured the stone from him. The stone, after Quirell's death when Voldemort left him and returned in June, 1995, was planned to be destroyed for it's suppressing powers of trouble which it brought.
Nicolas Flamel, prepared for his, settled down with his wife, and together they passed into the next great adventure, known as death.
