The woman had white hair and wore Death Eater robes. She seemed to be quite aged.

Female Death Eater at Little Hangleton
Edit

Added by Pol 871This woman was a Death Eater who was summoned to the graveyard in Little Hangleton on the night of 24 June, 1995, after the newly-resurrected Lord Voldemort summoned his followers to his side.
In order to have answered Voldemort's call on the night of his return, this woman must have been a Death Eater during the First Wizarding War, and had to have somehow avoided imprisonment.
Added by Patr0nusThis woman arrived at the graveyard in Little Hangleton after Lord Voldemort summoned his Death Eaters there on the night of 24 June, 1995. She Apparated into the area, but, unlike the other Death Eaters, was not wearing a Death Eater mask and hood.
Walking around his circled followers, Voldemort viciously greeted Crabbe, Walden Macnair and Goyle. When he came to the woman, instead of attacking her like the others, he simply looked at her as she bowed down to him, then moved on to greet Lucius Malfoy.
She witnessed Harry Potter being put under the Cruciatus Curse by Voldemort. When Harry made to escape, she stood by, as Voldemort had ordered the Death Eaters not to do anything.
Behind the scenes
Edit
- This woman was portrayed by Olivia Higginbottom in the film adaption of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.
- It is possible that this woman is Alecto Carrow, as she is one of the only known female Death Eaters and she wasn't in Azkaban at the time. However, this is unconfirmed.
- There has been some speculation that this woman is Narcissa Malfoy. However, as Rowling stated that Narcissa was not formally a Death Eater, this is unlikely.[1]

- This wizard looks a little bit like Count Dooku from a Muggle film named Star Wars.

Kidnapper of Ollivander
Edit

Added by The Knight of the FlowersThis individual was one of Lord Voldemort's Death Eaters. Little is known about him, besides his participation in both the First and Second Wizarding Wars.
At somepoint in his life, this man joined the Death Eaters, and fought during the First Wizarding War. It is unknown if he went to Azkaban after the wars end, escaped capture, or renounced his allegiance to Voldemort in exchange for his liberty.
Added by Patr0nusBy 1995 this Death Eater was once again in Voldemort's service. He battled to retrieve the Prophecy in the Department of Mysteries, and was one of the only Death Eaters to escape justice after the Order of the Phoenix joined the battle. This Death Eater later went on to serve under Fenrir Greyback, and participated in the kidnapping of Ollivander. Alongside Greyback and another Death Eater, this individual participated in the destruction of the Millennium Bridge. He also fought in the Battle of the Astronomy Tower, but was not present atop the tower when Albus Dumbledore was killed by Severus Snape.

Male Death Eater at Malfoy Manor
Edit

Added by Auror AndrachomeThe Unidentified Male Death Eater is seen only at Malfoy Manor planning with the other Death Eaters during the Second Wizarding War.
It's possible that he went to Hogwarts around the 1970s and be sorted in Slytherin. He would later graduate and become a Death Eater, swearing allegiance to Lord Voldemort.
This individual was only seen in Malfoy Manor when Charity Burbage was killed. He listened to Severus Snape and Voldemort speak about the Ministry of Magic.
He was possibly killed during the Battle of Hogwarts, or was imprisoned in Azkaban.

Petrified Death Eater
Edit

Added by Pol 871- ""Petrificus Totalus!", shouted Harry, as the second Death Eater raised his wand. His arms and legs snapped together and he fell forward, facedown onto the rug at Harry's feet, stiff as a board and unable to move at all."
- —The Battle of the Department of Mysteries
This Death Eater took part in the Battle of the Department of Mysteries in 1996. It is likely that this Death Eater is Jugson, as Lucius Malfoy pairs him with Antonin Dolohov, and Dolohov's partner is cursed by Harry, who uses Petrificus Totalus on him. Also, in the film, this Death Eater is the one who was paired with Dolohov.
