[edit] Rufam Scadalam, a Book's Fictional Character

Rufam Scadalam is a nickname inspired by the Greek Minister of Ichthyology, which will be created in 2007 by Scadalam himself. Only kidding. I don't have the ability to predict the future neither I believe that one day a Ministry of Icthyology will be created. Scadalam is a character from a book, which I really love.

[edit] The tank fish discovery

In 2017 some ministry men noticed a new kind of fish in the Indic Ocean. Unfortunately, they didn't managed to sample it, so the minister Scadalam deceded to send a mission in this ocean in order to bring him a sample of this new kind of fish -fish tank. Meanwhile, the 3rd War World begins, although the minister doesn't mind -he now cares only for the Tank Fish Mission.

[edit] Character, Relationships and Hobbys

As I said, he is the Greek Minister of Ichthyology, although he isn't in his right minds. He is not crazy, just a little bit fool. Although he is stupid, he is deeply good and kind and also very generous (you see, he is one of the richest men in Greece and also worldwide!).

He unfortunatly has no friends (although I don't really belive that he is aware of it), except Kombalios Grant, the Chief-Official of the Ministry, which is also a little stupid. Scadalam also has a pet: Lulu, a little white doggy with a red knot. The ministry officials -idiots too, of course- admire him but he has no relationships with the most of them -probably except the Innocent Little Soul brothers, three of the most important ministry officials- are just professional. Basically, the Innocent Little Soul brothers are four -the fourth one is also working at the ministry in a place that the minister calls "Place of the Chosen One", while his brothers later abonded the ministry and became divers. Of course, they didn't forget it and they dicovered lots of new kinds of fish for the ministry. Scadalam has also relationship with a small bevy of people, who, along with Scadalam and Kombalios, of course, stopped the 3rd World War in 2019. (Sorry that I don't use future tenses but I constantly forget it!)

His favourite hobby -except eating all the time- is sitting on his comfortable armchair and wathcing the fish that his Ministry had discovered, which are into bowls on shelves, oppossite to his armchair. The armchair is inside the minister's favourite room, which is located inside the minsitry building.

Scadalam was born in the 16th January of 1958 to Cornilius Scadalam and his wife (whose name I don't rememper). He was raised with many luxuries, along with his brother Bonas and his sister Amelia. Amelia later married and gave Rufam a nephew named Cloris Plitser, who died approximately in 2020, during a battle. Rufam was named after his grandpa Rufam Scadalam Senior, who had died ten years before Rufam's birth in the age of 99. Scadalam's mother's father was also called Bonas, as Rufam's brother.

[edit] Physical Apperance

Scadalam is extremely fat -in addition to Kombalios who looks like a toothpick. He eats too much and he also eats everything -except of fish (Ministry rule). He has black hair -although he is 60 years old- and also black eyes along with a small mustasche.

In 2008, Scadalam's ministry was choosen as the Best Ministry of Ichtology worldwide. The comittee that took this decsion of course knew that Scadalam, Kombalios and the rest of the ministry officials weren't in their minds but the greek ministry had discovered nearly ten kinds of new fish since its creation, one year later, so the comittee had no alternative choice. In 2009, the same award was given to Chaz Balance, the American Minister of Icthology.

Also, after 2019, Scadalam was chosen as the Best Minister of Ichtyology and also Kombalios was awarded as the Best Cheaf-Official of a Ministry of Icthyology in a competition that was organaised by himself.ʀ

In this point, I must please you to forgive me about some language errors I may do. You know, I am a Greek -as Scadalam- and I am not very keen on the English language. So, please don't laugh if I have done some foolish mistakes during writting the story of Scadalam.

Although I have no idea if Scadalam is a Harry Potter fan, I should say that I am. Yes, of course, Mr. Supersmart, this is obvious (you were just registered into a Harry Potter Encyclopedia (or you have already forgotten it?)! Anyway. Well, that's it about the RufamScadalam user!
