I first discovered Harry Potter when I was six years old and saw Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone in the cinema. I loved Harry Potter from then on and begged my mum to get the books and read them to me (bear in mind I was only six). My favourite character was Luna Lovegood closely followed by Harry himself.

Naomi Skilling is a muggle-born Ravenclaw and is the middle child of Mark and Siobhan Skilling. She has an older brother Aiden who is also a wizard and was sorted into Gryffindor. She also has a younger sister named Tara who is in Hufflepuff. Naomi's father Mark, who was a policeman died when she was five years old and her Uncle Keith, who was her father's brother moved in to help her mother raise her siblings and herself. Naomi attended Hogwarts from 1993-1997. She joined the DA in her third year and learnt to cast her patronus which was a wolf. When the war started her family went into hiding in Ireland (except for Aiden who went on the run as he was seventeen) where she and her younger sister briefly enrolled in St Cyprians Witches College where she sat her O.W.L.s. She returned to Hogwarts and fought in the Battle of Hogwarts where she gained a scar on the palm her left hand. When the war was over she returned to Hogwarts and sat her N.E.W.T.s. She later became the Potions Mistress at Hogwarts after Professor Slughorn retired. She also married Evan Downes and had two children Alice and Keith.
