My name is John, and I'm a 21 year old Engineering student from North Carolina. I did not read Harry Potter as a child when all my friends did being contrairian. I only came to this series over the past year. I was seeking an escapist fantasy, and then the sixth movie came out and I thought, "why not?" I was absolutely enthralled and have read them 7 times in the past year. In addition, I enjoy reading, History, politics, and sports.

WARNING GRAMMAR RANT AHEAD

I like long writing jobs and cleaning up and lengthening bad articles into good ones. If you have any suggestions, feel free to give them to me. I also abhor the awful grammar and the general dearth of commas. It makes me wonder sometimes.

I have come to the realization that most of the articles that are not for major characters that I have edited deal with events on June 6, 1994.
