Green Zubat, Order of Merlin (Second Class) (a.k.a. GZ) was a Muggle-born wizard and prefect from Ravenclaw house. He is best remembered for spending obscene quantities of time editing the Harry Potter wiki and describing himself in the third person. His three favourite subjects were Study of Ancient Runes, Transfiguration, Defence Against the Dark Arts, all of which he excelled in (though the less said about History of Magic or Astronomy the better...). Oh, and as one may or may not have gleaned from the main pic, he has also been converted to the beautiful ways of Sirius/Remus shipping (and now Ron/Remus shipping too!), it was only matter of time ;D
