About meEdit

I was born in Raleigh, North Carolina. In 1998, I moved moved to Upper St. Clair, PA, which is a township of Pittsburgh. I currently live in California.

For those of you who live under rocks, my user name comes from my favorite sports team, the Chicago Cubs; I really thought they were going to win the World Series this year. It's been a hundred years since their last title; but it's kind of embarassing that this is the second year in a row they've been swept in the NLDS. Dating back to their loss in the 2003 NLCS, they've lost nine consecutive games in the post-season.

I love classic rock music, and while I have a lot of favorite bands, my favorite favorite is Cream. Other faves include The Beatles, The Yardbirds, Blind Faith, Derek & The Dominos, Clapton's solo stuff, Guns N' Roses, Mountain, Iron Butterfly, Deep Purple, Rainbow, Scorpions, and a lot of the Southern rock bands: Blackfoot, Molly Hatchet, Lynyrd Skynyrd, the Allman Brothers, Stillwater, and The Outlaws. And while I don't understand the concept of it, I like a few progressive rock bands such as Emerson, Lake & Palmer (ELP), Kansas, and Yes.

My favorite song is Cream's "Sunshine of Your Love," although Rainbow's "Man on the Silver Mountain" and Guns N' Roses' "Sweet Child o' Mine" are pretty close runners-up.

Being ophidiophobic, I get creeped out whenever snakes are mentioned or appear in the "Potter" books. I consider myself an ophidiophobe, even though I'm not really afraid of snakes; I just hate everything about them. I can't stand looking at the word "snake."

On the wikis I help edit, I have this pet peeve about the admins telling me they welcome any contributions I can make, but then revert some of them back; it just irks me because most of it is information that I think will help the articles, and I want to share it.
