Upper Flagley is a small village in Yorkshire, England. It is one of the places in Britain where a number of wizarding families came to settle among Muggle neighbours. In 1998, Ron Weasley suggested that he, Harry Potter and Hermione Granger might find one of Lord Voldemort's horcruxes there.
