Changes: Updated Counter-Curse Handbook

The Updated Counter-Curse Handbook is a book concerning Curses and Counter-Curses. In 1991, Peeves stole a copy of it from the Hogwarts Library. Harry Potter had to remove the Curse of the Bogies (placed by Peeves) with this book, only to find out that he had hidden it in the Muggle Studies Classroom.

By 1991, the book was already in its Second Revised Edition.
