This house was the home of a French Non-magique family in Paris, before the Dark Wizard Gellert Grindelwald and his acolytes attacked the home and murdered the family in order to use it as a temporary hideout.

Grindelwald's brief lodging

In September of 1927, three months after he escaped imprisonment at MACUSA, Gellert Grindelwald travelled to this house in Paris and ordered his acolytes to murder the house's Non-magique residents, an unknown couple and their infant son, so they could use the home as a temporary headquarters as they searched for Credence Barebone.

During his brief time at the house, Grindelwald urged Queenie Goldstein to join his cause, which worked due to her relationship with No-Maj Jacob Kowalski. The ultimate fate of the house after Grindelwald and his followers fled Paris is unknown.
