Known uses
Edit
Morfin Gaunt used this spell in the 1920s on the Muggle Tom Riddle Sr., presumably just for a laugh. [1] Tom Riddle's face was put back to its original state and his memory modified, but nevertheless the Ministry of Magic wished to press charges on Morfin, who broke wizarding law by performing magic in front of a Muggle and causing serious distress to said Muggle. They sent Bob Ogden, head of the Magical Law Enforcement Squad to inform Morfin that he will attend a hearing on the fourteenth of September to answer for his crime.
