This individual was a witch an a juror for the Council of Magical Law in the 1980s. She was present at Ludovic Bagman's hearing when he was caught passing information to Augustus Rookwood, who he believed was on the Ministry's side. The witch voted against conviction, as did the rest of the jury, and stood up to congratulate Bagman on his performance playing Quidditch for England.[1]
