This individual was a wizard and a student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. During the 1996 Quidditch match between the Gryffindor team and Slytherin team he yelled to Ronald Weasley that he could do it, just after Ron saved Vaisey's Quaffle.[2]
