This individual was a member Snatcher, in 1998. He was among the group of Snatchers, led by Fenrir Greyback, who captured Harry Potter, Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger and brought them to Malfoy Manor.

This individual is played by Adam Brashaw in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 ^[1] and Part 2. ^[2]
In LEGO Harry Potter: Years 5-7, he appears to be the only Snatcher in the game to be playable apart from Greyback and Scabior.
