This individual (fl. 1992) was a wizard with brown hair who watched the Slytherin versus Gryffindor Quidditch match during the 1992–1993 school year and was sat behind Irma Pince and another witch, and beside a white wizard and an Indian one.
Behind the scenes
This individual may have been a professor at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry or a member of the Hogwarts Board of Governors, as governors could presumably attend Quidditch matches, as Lucius Malfoy did.
