This individual was born in around 1949.[1] He attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, where he was made a member of the Slug Club by his Potions master, Horace Slughorn. He graduated in 1967.
AdulthoodEdit
Professional lifeEdit
This individual grew up to work at the Ministry of Magic and by December of 1996 was considered the "new" Minister of Magical Transportation.[2]
Slug Club Christmas partyEdit
On 20 December, 1996, this individual attended a Christmas party at Hogwarts Castle, held by his former professor, Horace Slughorn. Slughorn was delighted to see this individual and quickly dismissed Harry Potter upon seeing him.[2]
