This newspaper was targeted towards the wizarding community of Germany, and in 1926 made a series of articles on newsworthy events, such as a cursed snowball sold in the Othmarschen Christmas Market, as well as the calling of a crisis meeting held by the German Minister for Magic on the topic of Gellert Grindelwald's terrorism in Europe.[1]

Behind the scenes[]
- It is possible that this was an edition of Die Silberne Fledermaus.
- Although the paper refers to the Portkey as a pretzel, the pretzel is usually called a Brezel in German-speaking areas, pretzel being the English term.
- Othmarschen, being a location in Hamburg, needs to be capitalised in German language. It would also be more common to refer to it as Othmarschener Weihnachtsmarkt or Weihnachtsmarkt Othmarschen.
