This individual was a wizard and one of Lord Voldemort's Death Eaters in the Second Wizarding War.

He participated in the Battle of Hogwarts, and after the Death Eaters managed to break the protective enchantments protecting Hogwarts Castle, he blew up part of the battlements around The Quad, and Apparated into the catwalks by the Quad battlements. There, he killed a man and duelled with Arthur Weasley.there the incantation occured mostly like piori incentatem.it is likely he tried to kill arthur weasley as he casted the killing curse non-verbally and arthur weasley casted the disarming charm non-verbally.

Later life

if the Death Eater managed to survive the the battle he like other death eaters(except lucius,nacrissa and draco malfoy)he was sent to Azkaban under Kingsley Shacklebolt's de-corrupted Ministry of Magic.His life after the punishment is unknown.
