Musical instrument

A tuba is a musical instrument. It is the largest and lowest-pitched of all the brass instruments.[1]

An Exploding Tuba was once seen. It probably exploded after or during play. In 1902, a performance of the Wizarding Suite (which included this instrument) blew the roof off the Town Hall of Ackerley, and lead to the piece being banned.

In 1994 during the Triwizard Tournament Third Task a group of students were seen playing music conducted by Filius Flitwick. Some of the instruments were tubas.

Exploding Tubas can sometimes be used as a pranks (courtesty of Fred and George).

In 1996 two men are seen playing silver-tubas at the Millenium Bridge shortly before it collapses following the Death Eaters's attack.
