Trupti Kadam was a Slytherin student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the 1990s. She was seen walking through the school corridors during the 1993-1994 school year.
Etymology
Trupti is a female given name derived from a Sanskrit word meaning "satisfaction, satiety or contentment."[2]
Behind the scenes
- This student was only featured in the PlayStation 2 version of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban.
- Given her name and place at Hogwarts, it is likely that although she must've born in the UK she was of Indian descent.
