A Tradeable Material is an object that the Ministry of Magic allows the Wizarding world to trade in. There are several Classes of Tradeable Material, and each object is assigned to a Class depending on its value or nature. Materials in the classes are usually high value, or dangerous, and the trade in them is strictly regulated.
