Tony Coburn is the British actor who played the teenage Lucius Malfoy in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Coburn's scene was filmed, but was removed from the final cut film due to pacing. His previous television appearances include appearing on Totally Doctor Who, as well as Parents Of The Band. He also directs, edits and stars in Youtube fan-films, based on the BBC's television show Doctor Who. ^[1]
