Tony Coburn is the British actor who was originally going to play a teenage Lucius Malfoy in the film adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. Coburn's scene was cut from the film due to pacing. His previous television appearances include appearing on Totally Doctor Who, as well as Parents Of The Band.[1]
