Tolga Safer portrayed Karkaroff's Aide in the film adaption of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire. In December of 2003 he auditioned for the part of Viktor Krum, but was not cast, reportedly because he did not quite look the part. However, director Mike Newell enjoyed his acting so much that the role of Karkaroff's Aide was created specifically for him.[1]
