The Toenail-growig hex (incantation unknown) is used to cause the victim's toenails to grow at an alarmingly fast rate.
History
Creation
This hex was invented by Severus Snape in his school years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Therefore, it has not been approved by the Ministry of Magic.
1996–1997 school year
