Toby Jones is the British actor who voices Dobby the house-elf in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
He has appeared in numerous motions pictures (including Naked with David Thewlis), but received his highest praise for his portrayal of Truman Capote in Infamous.
