Toby Jones is the British actor who voices Dobby the House-elf in Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.

He has appeared in numerous motion pictures (including Naked with David Thewlis), but received his highest praise for his portrayal of Truman Capote in Infamous. He also appeared in Doctor Who as the Dream Lord. He has appeared as scientist Arnim Zola in Captain America: The First Avenger, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier.
