Tobias Manlethorpe was the founding editor of Witch Weekly, a popular magazine for witches. This wizard had portraits hung at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
[edit] Behind the scenes
- This character's portrait can be seen in the "The Quest of Sir Cadogan" feature on Disc 2 of the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban DVD. His surname, which is only partially visible, ends in "-lethorpe." In the PC version of the video game, his full name is visible, but it is, however, a bit blurry.
- Manlethorpe may have died sometime prior to 1993, as many portraits hung at Hogwarts Castle depict deceased individuals.
