The Spiny Serpent is a shop located in Knockturn Alley neighbouring the shop Moribund's.
The shop has a small wooden door with a big black knocker on it, in 1992 whilst on an accidental trip to Knockturn Alley Harry Potter tried to open this door but discovered it to be locked. The shop wasn't closed, but the door is kept locked at all times, only allowing advanced customers to enter. Next to this door is a large window that allows you to see into the shop itself. The contents of this shop is unknown, but outside on display are large vases, taller than Harry was in 1992.
